  1. Your HiWired Advisor performs a PC Restoration. This includes a complete scan and removal of all viruses and online intruders, as well as the configuration and activation of security features like firewall and pop-up blockers.
  2. Your Advisor installs the most up-to-date security software for ongoing PC protection and sets you up for unlimited data backup of files, music and photos. We’ll continue to automatically backup your files as you update and add new items.
  3. Once your PC is restored and up-to-date, you contact the HiWired technology help desk whenever you need a helping hand - whether it’s for setting up a new product, getting software assistance or finding advice. Best of all, it’s available to you at a 25% discount.
