  • Service is for computers with XP Service Pack 2 and Vista operating systems; other operating systems may require an additional fee

How It Works

The HiWired PC Restoration process is as easy as 1-2-3:

  1. A HiWired Advisor securely connects to your PC and thoroughly scans it to identify and remove any viruses, spyware or malware. Time spent depends on number of infections.
  2. Once your PC is clean, your Advisor ensures that it’s installed with the latest security patches, and that security features such as firewalls and pop-up blockers are enabled and configured for optimal performance.
  3. Your Advisor installs the latest security software for ongoing PC protection. You have the option of watching your Advisor at work or doing something else you enjoy. Either way, your Advisor will contact you when the job’s done.
