I was supported primarily by Peter “I”, and he was fantastic. I had huge issues with Windows service packs that nobody I had hired in the past was able to conquer. Peter stayed past his shift into the wee hours of the morning on a weekend to get the job done, and he was very educational and proactive to boot. Your company is a great support experience and I will recommend it to the authors of The Deep Support Economy as a case study. Kudos for doing what many companies have tried, but have not successfully delivered. (Your price point is great, too.) It is evident from your people and pricing that HiWired is seeking long term relationships with its customers, rather than preying on people in crisis. Great work!

I was a little afraid at first, thinking that the things wrong with my computer were caused by people like you. Then I decided to take a chance and just prayed that I was not getting taken advantage of. In the end, I felt that I took advantage of you. $129.00 for thirteen hours of help is a steal! Not only was it the best technical support, but the representatives that helped me were extremely courteous and professional.
